Cancellation and Refund

At Web Zosh, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services including Website Development, E-Commerce Solutions, WhatsApp Chatbot Integration, Data Analysis, and Graphic & UI Design.

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to evaluation. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.


Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days from the service start date, provided that:

  • No final deliverable has been submitted.
  • Less than 30% of the total project work has been completed.
  • The request is justified with clear reasons and evidence of non-performance.

Once significant work has commenced, or project deliverables have been shared, refunds are typically not possible.


Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Completed, delivered, or partially delivered services
  • Custom website, e-commerce, or chatbot development works
  • Graphic design deliverables (even if drafts are shared)
  • Research-based or data analysis services
  • Consulting, strategy planning, or digital setup charges
  • License fees, third-party integrations, domain/hosting, or API charges
  • Fast-track / urgent work charges

Cancellation Policy

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a 100% refund (excluding processing/consultation fee) may apply.
  • If work has already started, a cancellation charge of up to 50% may be deducted based on progress.
  • For long-term projects, unused prepaid fees for future phases may be refunded after deducting completed work.

Revisions & Corrections

We offer multiple revisions as per the agreed proposal to ensure satisfaction. Refunds cannot be requested due to:

  • Change of mind
  • New requirement not part of the original scope
  • Misinterpretation of expected results without prior documentation

Refund Process

If a refund request is approved:

  1. Refund amount will be calculated based on work completed and expenses incurred.
  2. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in full if:

  • The project has not commenced.
  • Service is significantly delayed without communication for more than 60 days.
  • The service delivered is entirely different from what was agreed upon in writing.

Modifications & Force Majeure

Web Zosh is not liable for delays or project failures caused by:

  • Client-side delays (e.g., missing content, feedback, or access)
  • Third-party service issues
  • Technical limitations beyond our control
  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
